To many gimmicks. Bumbell push-ups and dips? Just do regular push ups and dips. Push-ups with the Plato disc? Gimme a break. What benefit is pulling the disc up and slamming down?

Just stick to the basics. These are all for pretty boy gym dudes who can’t wait to mimic ridiculous YouTube exercises.
