Yatinder ji , I read and searched on net that every oil is bad for health be it olive oil , sesame, mustard oil etc and I read that cooking can be done with water only , And I have implemented that thing and my mom cooks vegetables in water only and the taste is same to same as if we have added oil. So, You guys can check cooking without oil on " SAAOL" . "SAAOL" is a name of a youtube channel
