When it has to do with an aging couple, all of Mother Nature is against the couple, and probably most notably, against the guy. He is with a woman who he has been with forever. The desire to procreate with another woman is natural given the human species is not monogamous. Then throw in the fact that the woman is no longer youthful and probably not as sexually attractive to the eye (I'm just being honest). And finally the guy is older. That means his brain is older, his heart is older, his lungs are older, and his junk is older. If he is a lifelong smoker or is diabetic and is much beyond 50, then good luck.
