because exercise is a basic need for your growth and without the proper exercise you can't get a aesthetic look or a aesthetic body.

in this video you will get to know about some best exercise and training protocol for your growth.

if you are training lots of useless exercises or a bullshit training protocol than you can follow this workout routine,which we have shared in this video instead of all bro science.

exercise routine -

5-7 minutes warm up for your whole body

stretching for whole body

set 1- free squat- 4x10-12

set 2- legs extension - 3-4x10-12 reps

set 3- weighted squat - 3-4x10-12 reps

set 4- leg press 3-4x10-12 reps

set 5- dumbbell sumo squat 3-4x10-12 reps

set 6- leg curl - 3-4x10-12 reps

if you have completed this than next week you can add more volume and progressive overload.

Exercise 01: Leg Extension

1st Set: 15 reps

2nd Set: 12 reps

1st Set: 15 reps

2nd Set: 15 reps

3rd & 4th Set: 10-12 reps

Exercise 03: Squats
