All the 4 videos are up now so no excuses to not get started! Start now! The schedule is down below. For the workouts, it is meant to be quite hard the first couple of times you do it. Take a longer rest time if you need to and in a couple of weeks you'll be able to complete the full version!

I did half of a popsugar fitness 30 min latin dance workout. It was nice might finish it later.
Day 40: Wow! I’m almost done. I only did the third of the 32 minutes full body for now and I got to work but I may finish it after work.
Day 41: Still doing this killer workout. Wow it’s so hard!! Omg it took me so much time and pauses to finish this workout. It was really hard.
Day 42: Active rest day. I got to catch up on some exercises. Abs done. Got me a little burn but not so bad. Arms first time= done. Second time: done and without pausing!
Measurements: I look and am slimer, but I do weight heavier.
Week 7:
Day 43: Wow! Only two more weeks. I’m not so motivated today but I can do this! Starting with abs. You know its going to be hard when it starts with groiners. Done! The end was easier but I paused so many times… We now have episode 1 which is a 30 min full body. I’m done with the first tier which means I did 25 mins today. I will try to do a little bit more but I probably won’t finish it today. :( So I’ve done half of the video I will call it done for today. See you tomorrow.
Day 44: Wow only 12 more days and I’m done! I just finished 30 mins full body of yesterday. I had another 10 mins full body to do so let’s do that. I walked 30 minutes to see my friend now I’m doing the 10 minutes full body. Done! This was very intense! I just saw that tomorrow was supposedly an active rest day. I will have to complete the 3 exercises from today…
Day 45: Active rest day (technically). I just completed ep. 2 without pausing which is nice! Water break now! Abs done! Only took one little pause! 15 minutes abs: done!! So I’m done for today! Up to date that’s nice!
Day 46: Full body done! I will do abs after work ?I just got back from work and did this workout. I was tired from my day so it was hard to do the moves but I did it!
Day 47: Back at it again! I try to stay motivated to not get delayed again on the calendary. 10 mins arms done for the first time. Second time done! It’s hard but you can get through it! One more: 10 minutes chest. I like this one. Done for today! Yeah!
Day 48: 20 mins legs done! Two more videos to go. I’ll just take a little break before doing them.

Day 49: Active rest day. I did not come back ups. I just did the 10 min HIIT. Its always hard but I really got better at most of the moves and more endurance. This was once my weakness but its getting quite enjoyable. Abs done! There is officially only one week left to this challenge.
Week 8:
Day 50: Only one last week, FINALLY! I have been a little sick in the last week but I feel good enough to train and not give up. 30 mins full body= done! This was so hard that I wanted to give up. I found a way to get through those videos more easily: during the pause that you take, start the easier exercise your suppose to do after. Like here, I already started my 15 mins abs. ?
Day 51: I just finished 15 mins abs from yesterday. Now on to 10 mins chest. Done! Arms first time= done! Second time= done too!
Day 52: legs done!
Review and results
I am on my first day of the week 8 and I decided to start reviewing the challenge. First, let’s talk about my “before”. I was 125 lbs and about 5”3 (162 cm). It has been a few years since I wasn’t struggling with self love (I’m 17) so that wasn’t my primary motive to start the challenge. I mostly wanted to stick to a fitness routine and commit to it. I never was so active so this was a big change in my habits.
What changed in me during those 8 weeks? I got more energetic and more motivated. I also found myself more goal oriented and I felt very accomplished. I have to admit that 8 weeks was a lot and some days’ plans were a little to heavy. Adding a few more rest days throughout the challenge would have been helpful for the motivation. Seeing myself struggling to stay up to date affected my motivation and energy.
Physical results: Before I was thin, I always had a tiny waist big boobs and medium kind of round butt. I was okay strong from the legs but other than that 0 strength and -100 endurance. This challenge made me look more firm, less tired, affected my skin positively and made of my weaknesses my strengths (the challenge was really focused on upper body and cardio). I must say that although I feel good about my new shape, I found there wasn’t enough lower body exercises and I passed from and X with large breast and more or less broad shoulders to more of a V. I don’t consider this a major problem since I have seen my body being able to develop lower body muscles more easily.
The exercises were enjoyable, the website is beautiful and Chloe knows how to initiate unfit people to long-lasting fitness journey! She is amazing. I’m really proud that I completed 100% of the plan, no matter how much I paused the video. This really got me out of my comfort zone. I will be doing another program of hers in two weeks.

Day 66 of my fitness routine change. This is the Friday of the Week 3 of CT Summertime shredding (8-Week 2018) challenge. I finished a CT warm-up. The plan is to complete today's workout (and Wednesday's workout from 2 days ago). My body needed a rest day midweek, so today I am catching up with half the missing exercises today and doing the other half tomorrow. I did feel this leg workout but mostly in my back. I either need more core training or my posture might be slightly off for these exercises.

If your doing this during quarantine don’t give up just stay consistent. If your really tired like you can’t do it run in place for that exercise but then get back to it. I’m on my way to my fourth week and let me tell you I’ve never seen my stomach so toned Im really happy I’m still not at my goal. I’m trying to lose belly fat but I fell stronger and my stomach is definitely toned. Day 1 : Wow, really harder than other Chloe Ting workouts! I just finished the first round and after some rest, it really makes me feel good. It sure is making me drink my water more! Round 2 completed. I am not giving up. Round 3 completed. Kind of dying but see you tomorrow. I know I’ll sleep well tonight.
Day 2: I am so sore from yesterday, especially in the legs and in the back. I have a headache and I truly hope those videos are going to be easier than yesterday’s ones. Here we go! First video done! My wrists are hurting but it was not so bad. Up to the next! Second video done too! I should pause less…
Day 3: Active rest day. I was really sore so this rest day felt like a blessing!
Day 4: Wow, I’m still there! Legs and abs today. I’m pretty good at legs so I will try not take pauses! Let’s go! Btw pretty proud of myself for working out in the morning! First video done, not to bad but I feel a little dizzy. I’ll eat before the next one.

Progress pictures and measurements: I already see progress. I look slightly slimmer! Which is not necessarily my goal but my goal is to be healthier and I know that by sticking to this routine I will attain it. Lost half an inch in my waist!
Day 5: First video done! It was okay. I’m apprehending the arms one… It was so hard last time! Second video: It’s so hard!!! Done! Message: Don’t give up!

Day 8: I’m on my period, but NO EXCUSES. Definitely was easier than last time but still really hard! One more video to do. Done. Took some pics and measurements: no big changes but I am so much more tone and stronger!
Day 9: It’s 22:28 but no excuses! I’m done with the first and did half of the second. I’ll have to finish tomorrow mornings because its late and there are jumps…
Day 10: Active rest day. Finishing yesterday’s workout. Done! That was okay but I would have like to finish it all yesterday. Tomorrow will be a new opportunity to get it all done at once.
Day 11: First video: Hard AF! But done!
Day 12: Had to finish the last exercise of yesterday today… First video done! Second done! Wait… So you’re telling me I got to do this one again… :=(
Day 13: Argh I didn’t had time to do the last video of yesterday so that leaves me 3 videos for today. I can do it! I’m done with yesterday. Full body now! Done! I really feel like I’m getting better at this! Done with the last exercise! Yeah!!
Took some new measurements: I’ve lost a few inches everywhere and lost about 3 pounds since the beginning of this challenge! Results are showing, but you have to stay consistent, and not give up!
Day 14: Active rest day. Took a 30-minute walk with my sister.
Day 15: Back at it again. At least there is only one video for today. This workout is so hard what the heck. Okay, done. This was hard as heck! Ouff! Ain’t got no cardio but this program challenges me.
Day 16: Wow! I’m still there! First workout here we go! First done! It gets easier. Second exercise wasn’t too hard. One last! Don! It got easier too!
Day 17: Active rest day.
Day 18: LEG DAY!!! Wow my favourite! I would have like more booty and leg exercises on this program… I think my next program will be 35 days booty challenge. First video done! Challenging but not too hard.

So I have been doing this program for 2 weeks now, I am seeing results: my tummy is flatter than when I started, I don't bloat as much when I eat thought I am still bloated (it's normal to feel that btw) and my butt is more toned same with my legs but my question is, Am I the only one actually gaining weight instead of losing it? I started at 120lbs and now I'm at 122 lbs. I would like to think I'm gaining muscle mass. Is it normal to gain weight instead of losing it while doing this program?

Day 71 of my fitness routine change. I was so very tired today. I completed the warm up video and this #4 legs workout for Wednesday week 4 of the CT 8-Week 2018 Summertime Shredding challenge. I will do one of the #2 arms workouts from tomorrow so that it evens out my energy.

Day 25: Active rest day. I had to finish the last 5 minutes of yesterday’s workout today. I’m going to take some measurements. No big changes, I even gained a little wait but no big deal ?.
Day 26: I’v done the 20 minutes full body! It was really intense, but it also feels really good. Two more videos to go.
Day 27: I got really weak at half of the second video of yesterday so I’m finishing it today. I feel like throwing up, but let’s continue. Done! One last for yesterday’s program! 10 min abs. Okay I’m done with yesterday’s program. 3 more videos for today. This was okay. Two more to go. This one was easy. I got one last to go but I will do it during the rest day tomorrow. I need to sleep.
Day 28: Active rest day. I worked out a bit.
Week 5:
Day 29: I feel like I am not this motivated but I’ve come so far! I shall not give up! I’m finished with day 27 so now I have full body and abs. Full body done!
Measurements: I’ve gain a little weight in the past week. I don’t know if its because of Christmas or of my lack of motivation. Anyways, I will keep going!
Day 30: Abs= done. Wow! I’m still there at day 30! I did more than half. I can’t give up. Arms and upper body 1st time: done! 2nd done too. I took less breaks today so I’m proud of myself.
Day 31: Back and motivated. I’m done with intense legs. HIIT is done. This is so hard and intense but it feels great afterwards.
Day 32: Active rest day. MERRY CHRISTMAS
Day 33: I’m done with the abs from last day. Now on today’s program I got 2 times arms and abs and one time abs. Wish me good luck. First time of arms and abs done. It is hard but not to much.
I wanted to take some measurements because with Christmas, you know. I almost did not gain inches or weight so that’s nice.
Day 34: I did not do much yesterday. So I will finish yesterday’s and today’s workout today. Second time arms and abs: done! I did not take extra breaks, which means PROGRESS! 15 minutes abs done! I think I’m getting better at this one too.
Day 35: Active rest day. Since I took yesterday pretty calm I have to do yesterday’s exercises today. Currently doing full body. It is very hard! Lots of cardio. Done! This did make me sweat enough. Feels good.
Week 6:
Day 36: Still got one video to finish before today’s ones. Done! Hard but not so hard at the same time. Next I have a 30 minutes full body. Wow this must be one of the hardest or the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I think its enough for today I’ll complete the abs tomorrow. I know the last week my motivation went down but now I remember sweating and getting out of your comfort zone feels so good.
Day 37: Abs from yesterday don. Challenging but ok. I’m on the worst day of my period but I can do this. Arms and upper body 1st time done: Only took one break! My best score. Now repeat! Second time done. This wasn’t as hard as the last time I did this video 2 times. Progress. Finally, abs done. I feel like this one kind of got easy.
Measurements: I think I gained muscles because I lost inches but not pounds. That’s okay to me. I do look pretty fit now. Thanks Chloe!
Day 38: Starting with a 10 min HIIT. I’m still on my period and today’s pretty bad too but I can do this. Done! It uses a lot of energy but I paused the video a few times.
Day 39: Active rest day! HAPPY NEW YEAR! I just finished yesterday’s leg video. I hat a lot and feel the urge to move so I will probably do some dance workout.

Week two of the 8 week challenge. My abs already feel rock solid dammmnnnn and it's motivating me to keep going. I still have some fat to lose but i already see some lines on my stomach. I'm doing some jump roping as well during those active rest days. Stay tuned!

it's my 4th week ! I already lose 5kg (20Kg to lose)

Week 5 : lt was my period on monday I was like dying. I'm feeling much better now and i also run 15min before doing abs and legs ! I dont see big result on me but I am feeling so great and the fact that I didnt give up until now is already a miracle.

Measurement results: I can’t believe I am still losing inches! Watching yourself get your ideal body is so satisfying! I am suppose to get a breast reduction surgery in the up coming year but at this point I’m not even sure I will need it anymore. Thank you Chloe xox
Day 21: Active rest day!
Week 4:
Day 22: This first one was pretty hard. I had to pause a lot. Now I just want to get the second one done. Okay this was hard but I’ve done it even if I wasn’t so motivated anymore. Proud of me.
Day 23: First is done. I don’t want to do arms again but here we go. Second time done. It was harder this time. Okay, I’m done for the day. See you tomorrow comment section.
Day 24: I’m done with the legs. I pushed myself and it made it harder. Now its abs time.
