ABS WORKOUT ON THE
ABS WORKOUT ON THE FLOOR!
This is a 12 minutes workout, comprised of 12 different exercises, each exercise is 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest.
You don’t need any equipment, just your body and a mat to do this workout. Enjoy, and focus on your form in every exercise that we do, make sure you are targeting the correct muscles that we are working. Do it slowly and never give up!
If you feel that you need to take a break, pause the video and continue when you are ready to go.
