I did it for about 3-4 days (I just did for this number of days bc I forgot about the exercises lol) and today I measured my hips, and they and they were an inch bigger. Ik it’s not a big number, but I noticed a difference visually. I am very happy with the result, because I wanted a visual result, not a measure. I think I will do it for more four days ;)
